All rates are subject to Sales and Resort Tax, *Except on Rentals in excess of 6 months.
Monthly rates are quoted on a per month basis.
All rentals are required to pay a one time Departure Maid Fee of $65.00, plus tax.
Security Deposits are required on all rentals.

Each unit is individually owned and availability is subject to owners discretionary use.   Therefore, the availability of a particular unit can not always be guaranteed.   Prices are subject to change without notice.
